One of the items you sent me was the wrong item. I emailed you several times and as yet you have not replied to any of my emails.
I ordered antoniucci ANIMALEIR portfolio but you sent me ANTROPOMORFE portfolio ... Not only is that the wrong one, but I already own it so now have two of them but no ANIMALIER.
I emailed you three times about the issue but you have not reposnded to me
